The International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI) is the world’s premier conference dedicated to the electronic test of devices, boards and systems----covering the complete cycle from design verification, test, diagnosis, failure analysis and process of manufactory and design improvement, and is convened every two years. The purpose of the ICEMI is to provide excellent opportunities for scientists, engineers, and participants throughout the world to present the latest research results and to exchange their views or experience.The theme of ICEMI’2015 is “Promoting Scientific Instruments and Technological’s Development”. It is to emphasize that the test and measurement technologies have very important driven effect on the future technology developing. There are over 2800 authors who come from Australia, Sweden, Portugal, Russia, France, China, Japan, UK, USA, and so on, submitting more than 695 papers, 332 of them passed peer review by 18 international and 78 Chinese professional reviewers and published on the proceedings by IEEE.
