16th-19th August 2009, the 9th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI' 2009) held in Beijing Yanxiang Hotel. The conference lasted for 3 days as shown in the program schedule. On Day One, 12 invited experts gave keynote address and conference report. On Day Two and Day Three, 8 technical sessions on 8 topics was hold in 4 meeting rooms. There were 427 authors attended the conference, among which 67 authors made oral presentation on the topic session and around 300 authors made poster to communicate with each other.
The ICEMI’2009 has received over 3000 abstracts and 2097 full papers including 29 papers come from 14 countries. The proceeding of ICEMI’2009 was approximately 3800 pages, which was divided into 4 Volumes. Each accepted paper has been strictly examined through professional detective software to check the originality and the intellectual authenticity of the papers.
