The 11th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI’ 2013) was held in Jingu Hotel on 16th – 19th, August, 2013. ICEMI’ 2013 was hosted by IEEE Beijing Section and Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), was organized by Electronic Measurement and Instrument Society of CIE, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instrument.

The theme of ICEMI’2013 is “Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Ideas for Future”. It is to emphasize that the test and measurement technologies have very important driven effect on the future technology developing. There are over 2000 authors who come from Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Thailand, UK, USA, and so on, submitting more than 636 papers, 226 of them passed peer review by 18 international and 78 Chinese professional reviewers and published on the proceedings by IEEE
