The International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI) is the world’s premier conference dedicated to the electronic test of devices, boards and systems----covering the complete cycle from design verification, test, diagnosis, failure analysis and back to process and design improvement, and is convened every two years. The purpose of the ICEMI is to provide excellent opportunities for scientists, engineers, and participants throughout the world to present the latest research results and to exchange their views or experience.
The 10th International Conference on Electronic Measurement & Instruments (ICEMI’ 2011) was held in Chengdu Green Land Hotel on 15th – 18th, August, 2011. ICEMI’ 2011 was hosted by IEEE Beijing Section and Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE), was organized by Electronic Measurement and Instrument Society of CIE, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instrument.
ICEMI’2011 led in the theme “Measurement Touch the World” to expand the academic influence, realize the combination of industry, science and research, and construct the development strategies of innovation-oriented country.
